The idea of creating the “Archives of Central Asia” system (ACA) was born at the International Institute of Central Asian Studies (MICAI), and the project was proposed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The basis of the intended purpose was the development of software that allows the use of all scientific archives and resources that collect, store and use archive materials in Central Asia.
All databases and software modules of ACA are integrated with each other and have access to our sites and organizations' sites. Information system can offer its users as a scientific reference apparatus (lists of funds, reference documents, references and reviews of funds, etc.), as well as graphic images of the documents themselves. The PBX database will be constantly updated, and it will be created for Internet users. The ACA has a huge information potential and opportunities for implementation.
